VDF Regulation 624-1, Personnel Promotions, requires Go/No-Go checks for promotions. These checks, listed in Appendices A-E of the regulation, are a good way to organize your study.

- Members of the VDF should also be trained in CPR, First Aid, and disaster response skills such as Sheltering. We are working on developing a relationship with the Red Cross at our local and regional levels to help provide some of this training and to serve in times of need. In the mean time, you can:
