In Mumbai:
1) Andheri (west) & Versova - Rs.1,000 only for 1bhk apartment or small office of similar size. Rs.2,000 for 2bhk or similar size office. Rs.3,000 for 3bhk or similar size office.
2) Bandra to Malad (other than above) - Rs.3,000 only for 1bhk apartment or small office of similar size. Rs.4,000 for 2bhk apartment or similar size office. Rs.5,000 for 3bhk or similar size office.
3) Beyond Malad upto Virar & beyond Bandra upto Colaba - Rs.3,000 for apartments upto 3bhk or similar size office.
4) For bungalows - Rs.5,000 only, within Mumbai limits.

Other Cities in India:
Rs.10,000 for upto 3bhk or similar size office or for a small bungalows of upto 3bhk. In addition, same day return air fare + airport transfers is the client's responsibility.

UAE, Oman & Kuwait - US $ 500 for single residence / office of 2,000sft or less. For every additional 1,000sft or part thereof add US $ 100 to the above. i.e. for areas between 2,001sft to 3,000sft, it comes to US $ 600 and so on. In addition, visa arrangement, same day return air fare (direct flight only) / 1 night stay + airport transfers is expected to be arranged by you.
