Alternative Spring Break Financial Expectations

All participants of Alternative Spring Break will be held responsible for the following financial obligations:

1. All participants may request an individualized payment plan to be approved by the ASB Treasurers.  Participants who have been selected off the waitlist after the first deadline are automatically considered to be under a payment plan.

2. First deposits ($100 for driving, $200 for flying) are due to the Treasurers by the last day of classes in the fall semester, unless a payment plan that states otherwise has been created.  First deposits are non-refundable.

3. Second deposits (remaining balance of the trip) are due to the Treasurers two full weeks before Spring Break, unless a payment plan that states otherwise has been created.

4. Need-based financial aid for the second deposit will be available to those who apply.

5.  No money will be refundable one full week prior to Spring Break.  Written appeals on the grounds of extenuating circumstances will be evaluated by the Treasurers.

6. If a participant voluntarily withdraws or requires removal from ASB during the trip, no money will be refunded.

Failure to comply with this agreement may result in removal from the program without reimbursement.
