Registration and Accommodation

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open.  The registration form can be found as an attachment below.

Rates (early bird)

Salaried: £120

Non-salaried (e.g. student etc.): £55 (proof of student status to be sent with registration details)

Registration fees include conference packs, morning and afternoon refreshments, a two-course lunch on all three days of the conference and a cafeteria-style dinner on Monday 11th April.

A conference dinner will be held on Tuesday 12th April in White's Dining Rooms at the Chester Campus
Cost: £25

The deadline for receipt of registrations is Friday 4th March 2011.  Registrations received after this date will incur a surcharge of £20

This is the closest hotel to the conference venue (approx 5 mins walk) and offers comfortable budget accommodation (rooms were available at £29.50 per night at time of writing).  Note that this hotel chain does not provide toiletries in the room as standard, so guests should bring their own or purchase what they need at the adjacent Tesco Express store.

NB This is one of a number of Travelodges in the Chester area.  Be sure to choose this one if you intend to be close to the venue
