Instructions to Partners
· Questionnaires should be completed with a Facilitator/Questioner to enable the questions to be fully understood and ensure that the partners get sufficient returns to analyse. N.B. I intend to have 10 staff members across our organisation’s geographical area to complete 10 questionnaires each with individuals from the relevant specified adult target (Older unskilled workers; migrants; lone parents; women-returners to the labour market). · 100 questionnaires to be completed by each country. German and Italian partners 50 completed questionnaires per organisation. N.B. Please note that because Germany and Italy have 2 partners each represented on the group more than 50 questionnaires to each organisation would skew the results. · Partners to add any footnotes or translation to assist in understanding the questionnaire. N.B. Each country is required to return just 1 Questionnaire Response document with feedback from their questionnaires. I do not require all completed questionnaires returned. Therefore if you need to translate the questionnaire for easier usage please do so, but return the response in English. · Question 4 please input the SOC codes for the relevant industry experience not a ‘job title’. · Partners in each country to compile results to each question on the Questionnaire Responses document and submit to DISC Ltd (UK partner) by 16 November 2009 (please see Questionnaire responses document) |
I have published a suggestion for a possible structure at Norway's page. It contains 7 terms or cathegories. Please share with all partners what you think of it!
I am of course aware of that the situation in each country may vary a lot, and that the structure that can describe the situation in Norway very well, might not be appropriate for the other countries.
