Memberships are annual, good for one year from the time you join. Membership Dues: Individual $45; Family $60

Do these steps:
  1. Fill out and sign an appropriate ACA waiver for each individual joining the club (i.e., everyone in the family, if a family membership). Use the Minor Waiver for kids under 18.
  2. Fill out one (1) UWC membership application (individual or family - one application will do).
That's it!

You have two options on how to join, the old fashioned way or the new online method. 
 
Old Fashioned method. 
Print the forms, attach check made out to Utah Whitewater Club and mail to;

New Online Method  (this is the prefered method)
 
If you would like to pay with a credit/debit card or from your Paypal balance, you may now use Paypal as a form of payment.
 
Log into your paypal account, (there is a feature where you can send payment without being a Paypal member) at www.paypal.com
and send your payment to this address;
 
 
Then scan the signed forms and email them to UWCelections@yahoo.com
