Welcome

Over 100,000 Utahns have food allergies including 32,000 children under the age of 18 years.    1 in 25 Utah students has a food allergy! STATISTICAL DATA

Our mission is to provide outreach to the newly diagnosed and the community at large, offering support, promoting education, building awareness of the severity of food allergies and anaphylaxis, and advocating for positive change.

Past Events

Thank you to the University of Utah for sponsoring the 2011 FAAN Walk for Food Allergy in Salt Lake City. The community greatly appreciates your support and innovative contributions to the study and treatment of food allergy and associated eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders! 


The Inaugural Utah Food Allergy Conference held June 25, 2011 was a huge success! We had approximately 100 attendees and expert presenters from Utah and across the nation. Check out the event photos on Facebook!

Governor Gary Herbert declares May 8-14, 2011 Food Allergy Awareness Week. 

Our first annual UFAN Easter Egg Hunt was a great success! Visit our Facebook page to see photos and read comments from those who attended. Thank you to the Salt Lake Tribune for covering the event in Kids celebrate allergy-free Easter.
