For those teachers in Box Elder County School District:

When arranging for a substitute associated with the NUSTLI program, register the reason for absence as #19 Principal Excused.  When the form comes for you to list the reason for the principal excused absence, identify the reason is for NULSTI (Emma Smith-USU). 

For those teachers in Cache County School District:

When arranging for a substitute associated with the NUSTLI program, register the reason for absence as “Special Leave” AND complete a “Special Leave Reimbursement Claim Form” making sure to identify the reason is for NULSTI (Emma Smith-USU).  Then this form is to be submitted to the district office marked to the attention of Carol White.
