To change the monthly volunteer sign-up and newsletter:
- Sign on to USS Potomac Volunteers site with your Google account (you must be an owner or collaborator of the site in order to make changes).
- The Home page will open.
- At the bottom of the Home page, find the name of the prior month’s schedule.
- Click on “Remove” at the end of the prior month’s schedule to delete that schedule from the site.
- Attach the new schedule by clicking on the “Browse” button at the bottom of the Attachments area.
- Find the file on your computer; double-click on the file. You are done!
- The file name will appear as a link at the bottom and an email will go out to all volunteers registered with the site telling them that the new file is available.
