How to add and remove schedule calendars for volunteers

To change the monthly volunteer sign-up and newsletter:

 

  1. Sign on to USS Potomac Volunteers site with your Google account (you must be an owner or collaborator of the site in order to make changes).
  2. The Home page will open.
  3. At the bottom of the Home page, find the name of the prior month’s schedule.
  4. Click on “Remove” at the end of the prior month’s schedule to delete that schedule from the site.
  5. Attach the new schedule by clicking on the “Browse” button at the bottom of the Attachments area.
  6. Find the file on your computer; double-click on the file. You are done!
  7. The file name will appear as a link at the bottom and an email will go out to all volunteers registered with the site telling them that the new file is available.
