  • Funding:                    $395
  • Administration:           $150
  • Doc Prep:                   $150
  • Tax Certificate:           $84
  • Flood Certificate          $25
  • USDA Guarantee:        2.00% of Loan
  • Repair Escrow Admin   .750% of Loan (if applicable)

 

Max Broker Fees:

Origination or Broker Fee:   1% of Total Loan
Processing Fee:                  Up to $550
Credit Report:                    Invoice Amount
Yield Spread Premium         Up to 3%

Please note that we will allow up to 4% compensation to our brokers including the net YSP plus the origination fee or mortgage broker fee.
