These estimate shows a loan amount to cover the sales price, the USDA guarantee fee, and the customary closing costs and prepaid items. This shows a case of a borrower investing only the earnest money in the transaction. Please note that the 2% USDA guarantee fee is based on the final, full loan amount--including any fee financed in the loan amount. Attached is a calculator used in determining the fee. |
