| Shark fin soup (or shark's fin soup) is a Cantonese cuisine delicacy commonly served as part of a Chinese feast, usually at special occasions such as weddings and banquets as a symbol of wealth and prestige We offer shark fin from sharks that are captured to use most of its parts, and there are no long lines or large vessel fishing involved. Just artisanal fishing. Most of our shark fin comes from tiger shark, but also from lemon shark and other species of common presence in the caribbean. We export them 96% dry, with half moon cut. Prices vary accordingly to variety and size of the sets. |
