The Urban Oasis features 5 Beautifully Appointed Vacation Rental Condos in the Heart of Downtown Seattle.  These vacation homes are fully furnished rentals with everything you need from linens, to silverware,  wine glasses and bottle openers to Martini Glasses and Shaker.  Sally and Darik, the proprietors of The Urban Oasis, started this business as we had a house about 45 minutes south of the city, and wanted to have a place to come up and visit, and would rent it out when we weren't using it.  The first month of being open we were booked 22 of 28 nights, leaving us very little opportunity to use the space!   Since we have expanded, and now have a total of 8 "Oasises", within a 1 block radius for our guests to enjoy!

 

Each condo is professionaly designed, with your comfort in mind.  Everything from the high thread count sheets, to hair dryers to bathrobes for the use during your stay.  We have tried to think of everything so all you have to do is bring your self, your clothes, and your sense of adventure as you explore Downtown Seattle!

 

Each building we have vacation rentals in have their own unique benefits, amenties, etc.  Please see each building to see which may suit your needs better!

 

This building takes up the entire block of 1st and 2nd Avenues in the Heart of Belltown.  This is considered our "Premium" building due to its location and amenities.

Moda is a brand new building in the Heart of Belltown Located on 3rd Avenue between Bell and Battery Streets.  This building is LEED certified Green Building, that was just completed in the Fall of 2008.  Inside you'll find the finest finishes, and a great location to Explore the City.
