We Need the following volunteers for the 2009 Marching Band Season:

  • Van & Trailer Driver: is responsible for driving the van and equipment trailer to the performance location. The TMB provides all the neccesary funds for gas and maintenance of the van & trailer. No special driver certifications or license endorsements are necessary.
  • Color Guard Sponsor: assists the Color Guard Director and the color guard students with their uniforms and equipment.
  • Chaperons: are responsible for the general welfare of students while on a trip or at an event (or band camp). Chaperons may be asked to assist with taking attendance, distributing food/water, helping students with uniforms, helping with minor first aid concerns, and loading/unloading equipment. Chaperons are generally expected to ride the bus for competitions and trips.
  • Pit Crew: members are responsible for helping the percussion students move their instruments and equipment from one location to another location. Pit Crew volunteers may also be asked to assist Chaperons as needed. Pit Crew members are welcome to ride the bus as space permits.
