Enhancing Customer Service With SDP Up to Speed with Service Desk Plus is a curriculum web developed to introduce you to the new web based work order and communications application called Service Desk Plus (SDP). There are seven individual task that make up this curriculum web each building on the next. You will begin with task 1 which introduces you to the industry standard of Information Technology know as ITIL. Each task that follows provides both a mix of practical and fundamental on-line and hands-on activities that will help build your knowledge and skill in effectively using SDP.
