If there is not a deadline listed, please register at least 3 business days in advance. Registrations are due by noon on the deadline lndicated. Late registrations will be accepted only if there is still room in the class with a $5 late fee. To register for an activity please fill out a registration form and mail or bring in to either school along with the appropriate fee. Checks should be made payable to UAS or Upsala Area Schools. Every attempt will be made to assist you. Inclement Weather No classes or recreational activities will be held when school has been cancelled or closed early due to bad weather. Check our website or listen to WYRQ 92.1 for notification of cancellation. Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to cancel classes if enrollment is below the minimum needed. Registrants will be notified of cancellation before the class begins, and a full refund will be given. Refund Policy We will issue a full credit voucher or refund only if you notify the Community Education Office at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the class. Pro-rated refunds may be given for classes with multiple meeting times. Out of District Policy We welcome all to participate in our activities. For youth activities we do charge a $15 per out of district participant fee with a family cap of $30. |
