Welcome to Upsala Area Schools Community Education.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for people of all ages and to enrich their lives through many different offerings beyond the regular school day and school year. We work with other groups including civic, non-profits and local businesses to enrich the lives of our community members.
If you have a talent, interest, or area of expertise; consider sharing your talents or interests with your community by becoming a Community Education instructor.

Recent Announcements

  • Summer Programming As the students are found of reminding me, there is very little school left.  If you have not thought about summer activities there are many to choose from!  The Summer Reading program "Accelerate through Summer" starts Monday, June 4 with an "I scream for Books" kickoff.  Ice cream will be served from 9:00-11:00 in the Elementary Media Center.Please come support the Upsala Ballpark Association at their all you can eat Spaghetti Supper on Wednesday, May 23.  They will be serving from 5-7:30pm.  The funds they raise supports maintenance and improvement projects of the Ball Fields.Please take a look at our offerings.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  The ...

  • Wrestlers Place 3rd at Qualifying Invitational Congratulations to the Royalton-Upsala Youth Wrestling team!  They placed 3rd in the Holdingford Youth Open Regional Qualifier on Saturday, March 10thThere was tough competition from eight schools that competed at this qualifying tournament.  Great Job Wrestlers!

  • Members Needed! We are looking for new members for the Community Education Advisory Board.  Our next meeting is scheduled for February 7 at 3:30pm in the High School Media Center.  The board meets 4-5 times a year and brings ideas and recommendations for changes to existing classes or for new offerings.

  • Summer Schedule We are working very hard on our summer activities schedule.  If you are interested in teaching, coaching or putting a program together, please feel free to stop by and talk to me any time.  I would like to have all programming finalized by April 16, which is the Summer Newsletter deadline.
