A charming cottage set in the picturesque, undulating countryside of Gascony. Located in Laujuzan, Gers near Nogaro in S.W. France

Gascony is famous for its cuisine, pate de fois gras, goose and wild boar. It is Armagnac country with fields of vines and sunflowers surrounding the small village, which contains a school, mairie and a church. There is a pretty lake in the village and many delightful walks. Nogaro is the nearest town (8km. away) and has a variety of supermarkets, restaurants as well as a Formula 2 racing track.

The cottage is comfortable, well furnished and has 2 acres of land as well as a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with under-water lighting and areas for sun loungers. The house retains its charm and has wooden beamed ceilings throughout.
