- Upstairs: turn up/down heat/AC
- Popcorn machine (packets in storage room)
- Games from storage room: set out on stage
- Place survey forms on tables
- Greet people arriving before meeting
- Invite them to look at games in front
- If tables/chairs not set up, have them set them up
- Invite them to take a seat: announcements begin at 6:00pm
- Start of meeting announcements (6:00 pm)
- Fire exits
- Show and Tell to begin after announcements: 5 min to tell about one game
- Game play to wrap up by 8:15pm: building closes at 8:30pm
- Remind people to fill out program surveys before leaving
- Show and Tell time (6:05pm)
- Give people who wish max of 5 min. each to show off a game they brought
- Can show off a game from the library's collection, too
- End of meeting announcements
- 8:00pm: "Please wrap up game play by 8:15"
- 8:15pm: "Please end gameplay and fill out evaluations." Thank people for attending.

Volunteer Soft Drink or Snack Provider duties
- Bring enough of a snack for 20 people to share, or two bottles of soft drinks (one caffeine free and one diet, please).
- Please avoid snacks that will cause sticky fingers, as this will make it hard to keep the games clean.
- SIGN UP to bring soft drinks or a snack to a future Unplug & Play meeting.
Game of the Month (GoM) Guide Responsibilities
- Know the rules for the game to be taught.
- Set up the game on GoM table and be prepared to walk people through a few rounds to get them acclimated.
- If instructional materials are prepared, please bring 20 copies.
- NOTE: Games of the Month are selected by the
participants at Unplug & Play meetings from a list of nominated
titles. Any game may be nominated, but only games for which someone
has volunteered to be Game Guide are eligible to be chosen as a future
Game of the Month.
