The UESI is an alliance that shall promote both military protection and economic stability to those in need.  Safe trade routes are a necessity.  With the troops provided by the members, every single empire-state in this alliance will be able to trade safely with other members and be protected.  If you lack in resources, this alliance is perfect for you.  We hope to have empire-states placed on islands with all types of resources, so that they will be plentiful.  Even the smallest towns will be protected, no matter what level you are.  The members of this alliance will also band together to help a town in need.  If you keep getting pillaged by a higher level town, like has happened to me, the members of the UESI will attack that town to make them stop!  Join now if you have any kind of problems.
