Individual Artifact Page

Title:  e.g., Artifact 1: 11th Grade Chemistry Lesson Plan

Objective(s):

Reflection:

Reflections are typically three paragraphs long.  The first paragraph is where you describe the artifact.

You analyze the artifact in the second paragraph. This analysis might include descriptions of the success of a lesson or the significance of an event. The third paragraph is where you explain what you learned from the experience and how it will impact future practice.  You do not have to refer to the standards/criteria in this section.

Standards/Criteria Connections:

Identify each of the criteria by its standard name and identifying letter (e.g., 1a, 2c, or 7d) this artifact addresses. After each criterion's name, explain why you believe this artifact addresses this standard. Write your explanation referring to the criteria description and using some of the vocabulary used in the description.

Finally, the artifact should be placed on this page. If the artifact is small (e.g., certificate), you can insert it as a photo into the rest of this document. If it is more complicated (e.g., lesson plan) or in a different format (e.g., .pdf), you should include it as an attachment.
