The Salisbury University Union of African American Students promotes a better understanding and relationship among all people to attune the University and the community to the needs of African-Americans and other minorities.  The UAS promotes academic success of the members of this union, to support the mission of the University and to address & pursue issues concerning the welfare of the members of this union.  Membership in the UAS is open to all Salisbury University students.  The organization sponsors benefits, dances, plays and speakers.

The Union of African American Students is very excited for the 2011-2012 school year. We have a lot in store for everyone and we are looking forward to making a big impact in our campus community. We are here to serve and your support and input is what keeps us going.
