Albany Law School's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) serves the needs of taxpayers with tax law problems beyond the scope of our VITA site. The brochure linked at the bottom of this page describes their services and eligibility requirements.

At the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, Albany Law School students provide legal services to low income taxpayers under the direct supervision of a professor who is an experienced tax attorney admitted to practice before the Tax Court. You can arrange a consultation by calling 5I8-445-2328.
