Vendor Hospitality

Below is a list of helpful information for lodging throughout the Missoula area.  For further assistance, please contact us.

  • Fresh fruit and water Friday and Saturday mornings. Breakfast Sunday 8:30 Am. We will provide 24 hour security at the festival site beginnig at 7 pm on Thurdsay, June 14th, and ending Sunday, June17 th at 4 pm. Set up times will be Thusday 12pm until 7pm and Friday morning 7 am until 11 am. Any vendor not set up by 11 am Friday morning will not be allowed on the festival grounds and their space will be forfeited.  There will be a private Vendor Hospitality area. It will be manned from 7 am until 7 pm Friday and Saturday and from 8 am until 4 pm on Sunday.
For vendor convenience we will also have booth sitters for you each day. We'll come by your booth and arrange for a lunch break, see if you need anything like change or water. Volunteers will be throughout the area to provide restroom breaks,etc..  

Remember in Montana we have no sales tax to collect. Please bring youself ,your family, and your arts or crafts for some fun  UNDER THE BIG SKY. Hope to see you in Montana, Jim
