YOU MUST PROVIDE US YOUR MENU WITH PRICES AND A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT HEALTH PERMIT
There is a $20.00  application fee due when applying for a food vendor space. Applications without
the fee will be returned.  Fees for a food space are $200.00 with power. 50 amp
We will have space for 4 food vendors at the festival. Small generators with LIMITED noise will be allowed if necessary.
  • All Food Vendors must submit a current food service license issued by the Health Department
  • In the event the Food Vendor is not in compliance during the event, the Vendor will be required to close until compliance can be accomplished.
  • All Food Vendors must have a fire extinguisher on site with at least a 3a-40b-c rating. Vendors using any type of compressed gas will be required to have cylinders restrained from falling by using chain, rope, or similar material to anchor bottles to a fixed post or similar object.
  • We will provide each food vendor with enough space for a successful festival. Please send Application, along with $20.00 application fee payable to:Double Eagle Trading Company, Po Box 1825, Missoula, Mt 59806-1825. Be sure to include a copy of your menu with prices. Accepted food vendors will be notified as they are approved so you can plan your summer shows.
