Welcome to the undergrad book club, a group dedicated to promoting a love of literature in the greater Montreal area. Founded at McGill, this club is open to anyone, regardless of alma matter or school status. 

Members will be divided based on genre of literature they prefer (contemporary, classics, sci-fi, graphic novels...), and will meet informally once every month or two (as the group decides) to discuss the chosen book.  Books will be chosen by a democratic process whereby every interested person will be able to suggest and vote on the next book to read.

MEETINGS!

We will meet on Saturday, November 24th, at 8pm (location: at Mahek and Vanessa's appt) to discuss: "The Interpreter of Maladies" by Jhumpa Lahiri

We will meet on Thursday, November 29th at 7pm (location: TBA) to discuss: "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

In addition to meeting times, this website also has an interactive book list feature!  Add your favorite book(s) to the list, with a brief description on the book/why you like the book, and share your favorite literature with others!
