Lotsa new projects

I've been very busy the last few months getting some pretty big projects together.

First, you may or may not have noticed, but there is now a 3-way Swope TMWW tower. I posted the info at HTGuide. I've had various requests for this sort of design over the years, but never had the space to build such a thing for myself. Then recently, someone stepped up and built the cabinets and lent them to me (drivers too), and it all came together.

Next, I was asked to do a custom design using the RS270, Usher 8945A, and Dayton RS28F in a WMTMW configuration. Absolutely huge! But oh, what glorious sound! It turned out to be a real home run of a project. Read more at the Parts Express board.

Finally, the Classix design had to be retired as the Vifa DX19 is no longer available. Meniscus was nice enough to help me out to make a sequel. The new design features the sleeper-hit Vifa BC25TG15, a slightly adjusted crossover, and a leaner, meaner cabinet design. I know it makes me seem silly, but I really like this speaker. It really knows how to take a less-than-perfect recording and make it sing. Without further ado: Classix II.
