Since our move to Heron Point in Chestertown, Maryland last April, we have found a whole new way of life.  This historic, small town is on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, a region that moves at a nice leisurely pace.  But, we have been busier than ever. Heron Point is a continuing care community full of most interesting people and lots of planned activity.  We are in the Environmental Interest Group, the Art Appreciation Interest Group and the Photography Interest Group. We have also joined the Kent County Photo Group.  What fun getting up before sunrise to get pictures at the Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge!  We also have made good use of our boat, taking such trips as running across Chesapeake Bay to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. Other fun trips have been to restaurants located on the water.  And around here there is plenty of water.  In fact, our community is right on the Chester River.  My best wishes to one and all!
