Gentlemen of Leadership and Distinction(GOLD) and Ladies of Virtue and Excellence (LOVE) Public Service Organization
The Purpose and Missions The Gentlemen Of Leadership and Distinction and Ladies Of Virtue and Excellence (GOLD N LOVE or GNL) purpose as an organization is to serve our university and surrounding community by promoting leadership and service through hosting service programs designed to address specific needs of minorities on campus as well as in the community. We are a united group of young people that exemplify integrity, ambition, perseverance, intelligence, and diligence. Our goal is to set the standard for service and leadership through organizing and implementing a variety of service activities and programs. We desire to perform whatever tasks necessary in order to eliminate negative stereotypes associated with ethnic minorities.

I want to welcome you to the Gentlemen of Leadership and Distinction and Ladies of Virtue and Excellence (GOLD N LOVE or GNL) website. As the mission and purpose paragraph above explains, GNL is a public service organization on the campus of UNC- CH dedicated to the revitalization of the Chapel Hill, Durham, Greater Triangle Areas and the minority community in general. I hope that this website can better expose our organization, inform our members and various affiliates, and inspire someone somewhere to become active in their community.
