This tutorial will teach you how to add hair to your doll bases. You can use ArtCursors or MS Paint, they're both excelent for that and have the tools you'll need : pencil, curved line and flood fill (bucket)

Este tutorial ensinara a colocar cabelo nas suas bases de dolls. Você pode usar o ArtCursors ou o MS Paint, ambos são excelentes para isso e têm as ferramentas de que você vai precisar: lápis, linha curva e preenchimento (balde).

1) I'll use these bases (both done by me) for my examples:

Vou utilizar estas duas bases (ambas feitas por mim) como exemplo:

2) Use the curved line tool to draw  the lines that will represent the contour of the thickest locks of hair. Choose a color that is darker than the one you intend to color the hair with. Zoom in the picture to make it easier.

Use a ferramenta linha curva para desenhar as linhas que representarão os contornos das mechasmais largas do cabelo. Escolha para isso uma cor mais escura que a tonalidade pretendida para colorir o cabelo. Utilize o zoom para facilitar as coisas.

3) Erase what's left of the skin color and head contour inside the hair area.

Apague o que sobrou da cor da pele e do contorno da cabeça dentro da área do cabelo.

4) Fill in the hair area with the chosen color (use the flood fill tool for large areas and the pencil for the little ones). 

Preencha a área do cabelo com a cor escolhida (use o balde para as áreas maiores e o lápis para as pequenas).

5) Add the shadows and highlights.

Adicione as sombras e áreas iluminadas.

6) Use the curved line tool to add some lighter highlights, which will give a more natural effect.

Use a linha curva para acrescentar alguns reflexos mais claros, que darão um efeito mais natural.
