The latest version of the UKTRA Standard Sailing Instructions are now available for download. The file name remains the same but when you open the document it is dated September 2010. The changes are :- ** New SI 1.4 to correct a flaw in appendix

** New SI 9.1 to require boats to display a red
flag for ALL requests for redress, not only for breakdowns as previously.
This confirms what actually happens in practice.
** Amended SI 9.2 for clarification and
consistency.
** Deletion of the unloved SI option to limit
redress for breakdowns.
** Minor editing for
