This year HPSC is sponsoring the official Honors Program DanceBlue team. DanceBlue is a 24 hour dance marathon that will take place on Friday⁄Saturday March 6-7, 2009 to raise money for the UK Pediatric Oncology Clinic. This is a great cause and the 2009 marathon will mark the 3rd year of this fantastic event. Last year alone, DanceBlue raised $424,855.86!

There are many ways you can help out the HP DanceBlue team this year. The biggest way is by volunteering to be a part of the team. As a team member, you will be in charge of raising a particular amount of money to sponsor your dancing. The trick to this is that the team as a whole has to raise a certain amount of money to participate, and the more people we have on the team, the less each individual is responsible for. We need your help!

Also to help out with fund raising, the HP team has paired up with eCampus. If you reserve your textbooks through their website (see the link on the left) and select DanceBlue as  your cause, then eCampus will donate part of the cost to the HP team!
