Welcome to UHS Cougar Lacrosse!!

Lacrosse is considered America's first sport, having been founded by Native Americans. It is a combination of several sports including basketball, soccer and hockey.  It requires coordination and agility, and is fast paced and full of action.  It is the fastest growing team sport in the United States.  

At University High School, we will be starting our 8th season of Boy's Lacrosse.  We are growing and expanding our teams.  So whether you play soccer, football, basketball....You can play lacrosse.  Come check out our Cougar Team.
