Unionville High School is a member of the American Division of the Ches-Mont League. The school is also a member of the District 1 region of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (P.I.A.A.). Unionville High School offers approximately twenty (20) different PIAA varsity sports and has given club status to Ice Hockey and Rugby.
