Call for Fire

"A call for fire (CFF) is a concise message prepared by the observer.  It contains all information needed by the FDC to determine the method of attack.  It must be sent quickly, but clearly enough that it can be understood, recorded, and read back, without error, by the FDC recorder."

The files below should provide all the necessary guidelines on how to properly conduct a CFF during squad or platoon operations.  The RTO file also shows the proper methods for communicating via radio.
