Completion Activities The following things must be done when everything else is
finished. - Clean out your office space (nothing is to be left).
- Return
anything that has been borrowed (think “books”).
- Deposit
a copy of the thesis or dissertation for reference on the Department
website.
- Hold
an exit interview with the Department Chair and the Graduate Program chair.
- Leave
a forwarding address with the Office Staff.
- Return all keys (and claim your deposit).
