The above link will take you to websites that have proven to be helpful to me in my quest to finding balance. This path finder was created using trackstar. I will continue to use these websites in my battle.

I've written the following creed to use in daily meditation:

I, Lee Ann, promise to love and appreciate myself
I, promise to nuture my body ,mind, and spirit
so that I can be the best mother, wife, daughter, and educator possible

I will nuture my body with sleep, nutritious food, and exercise.
I will pray, meditate, and practice yoga to clear my mind and renew my spirit.
I will commit to decluttering my space 15 minutes daily so that I might have time to do the things that make me happy.

All so that I might find balance in my life and learn to be thankful for all of the many things that God has given me. Most of all I will be thankful for the gift of life.

Daily Action Plan:

  1. I will recite the above creed daily.
  2. I will follow the weightwatcher plan; focusing on journaling what I eat.
  3. I will find 5-10 positive attributes to share with myself, while meditating (need to multi-task to be efficient).
  4. I will spend 15 minutes a day towards de-cluttering my life; following the advice of Flylady.
  5. I will exercise 3-5 times a week or more.
  6. I will incorporate no less than one yoga pose to my daily routine.
