We are happy to launch our tenth edition of Nagar UDTC Newsletter. It contains the brief review of last fiscal year programme activities and reviews of last months activities organized by UDTC. On August 26th the honorable Minister of Local Development (MLD), Mr. Purna Kumar Sherma Limbu visited our UDTC. During his visit, he gave the instruction to all the staff of UDTC to work hard and sincerely in order to enhance the image of UDTC. He informed that the LDTA Council amended LDTA Regulations by which the staff can benefit in developing their career. He remembered that he was one of the participants of the Training Centre many years ago. So he understands the importance of the Training Centres. During the same occassion, the respected Secretary Mr. Krishna Gyawali of MLD highlighted the importance of  upgrading the UDTC to make a "Centre of Excellence" by developing Business Plan and Programme Calendar.
Our Executive Director from LDTA, Dr. Govinda Prasad Guraghai appreciated the MLD for supporting LDTA and its centres in improving their facilitities and performance.
Mr. Jaya K. Shrestha, Acting Director of UDTC welcomed the honorable Minister and Secretary of MLD. He also welcomed the Executive Director of LDTA and high level officials from MLD and senior staff from LDTA.
