I heartily welcome you to our UDTC-Webpage. Our Training Institute was established more than 30 years ago with the focus on supporting Municipalities. Though only 12% of the Nepal population is living in urban centres, every hour the Municipalities host another 10 inhabitants due to birth and migration processes. The situation of the Municipalities is an enormous challenge, to name only a few: Delivering sufficient drinking water, handle the growing waste, reducing poverty.
Therefore we need motivated and trained people who can face these challenges in the common decades, serving the needs of the inhabitants and guiding them for a sustainable future.
