CHUD

Install Script

The Caddy Healer for Urban Dead is (currently) a Survivor script to aid in triage reports for first aid. The names and health levels of all players that need healing on your map cell are displayed in a handy box for you just below the map. Clicking on names in this panel will automagically attempt to use a first-aid kit on the selected player. Now that I've updated the script, the health values are also sorted in ascending order--with those that need healing the worst right up at the top.

Thanks to contributions from jimflexx, CHUD has been revivified! The script now properly gathers players' health once again, as well as determining if they have Body Building (and therefore if 50HP or 60HP is their maximum) and will dim the CHUD caddy to a silver color if the current player has run out of FAKs.

In Jim's own words:

- Changes to Urban Dead site on July 3, 2009 broke the original script.
  The regex string was adjusted so it worked again.

- Code was modified so that survivors injured at 50hp appeared on the list.

- The sort function was changed to properly sort listings less than 10hp.

- Code was added to change the color of the box from pink to silver
 when the player does not have a FAK.

CHUD fine-tuned for speed

jQuery has been removed from the CHUD script, and it is now tons faster than it was before. Download and install the new version!

CHUD updated for UDWidget names

CHUD now properly parses colorized names that UDWidget has manipulated. Will test with UDTool soon.

CHUD has been moved from its original site here on Google Sites to my conglomerate page. I'll also be moving UDInventory and the UDBrainMap Frame Fix scripts.
