Sirens frisbee season has officially ended for the 2008-2009 school year - and what a season it was! The team has grown and improved skill-wise within the past 4 months and is already rearing to go next year. The Sirens End of the Year Dinner will be taking place next week, where team awards and elections will be taking place. All three UCF teams will be having an end-of-the-year banquet in early May. Sirens just returned from the Georgia Southerns frisbee
tournanent, held at Georgia Southern University in Statesbore, GA. It was the Sirens' fourth and final tournament and it was awesome! Attending the tournament with the Sirens were members of the USF ScallyWenches women's ultimate frisbee team; it was a great experience and we hope to travel and bond further with the ScallyWenches in the future. Sirens just returned from the Florida Winter Classic frisbee
tournanent, held in Gainesville, FL at the University of Florida. It was the Sirens' second tournament and we are happy with how much we have improved as a team and are looking forward to our future tournaments. Next tournament: Mardi Gras frisbee tournament [with the UCF Club Men's Ultimate B Team - HAVOC] on February 20-February 23, 2009 in New Orleans, LA Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in the UCF Student Union Pegasus Ballroom from 10am-1pm. Friday, January 9, 2009 team FUEL. The tournament is taking place the weekend of January 31-February 1, 2009. Thursday, January 8, 2009 After much deliberation, the Sirens have decided to cancel the 2009 Call of the Sirens tournament. The Sirens are determined to focus on
growing as a team and put out a good presence at competition this year

Monday, December 8, 2008 The Sirens are excited for the upcoming season! Last week concluded our practices for Fall 2008, as this week is UCF's exam week. Practices will resume Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the UCF IM Grass Fields, from 4-6pm. Practices are held every Tuesday and Thursday at that time and location.
