Practices for the 2009 Spring Semester have begun everyone! We have had quite a few members come out so far, but we would like to see alot more. Please remember that this is a key part of our selection for the Nationals Team! Team practices are optional, but we recommend coming for experience and team atmosphere. Below is a description of each practice:
1. UCF Track Workouts- these take place on Tuesday mornings and may include intervals, tempo runs, fartleks, etc.
2. UCF Pool Workouts- these take place on Wednesday Mornings and Friday nights and may include intervals or long swims.
3. Long Runs- exactly what it says in the name, these will be longer than the others, ranging from 5-12 miles.
4. Clermont Rides- these will take place on Sundays, and include long bike rides and sometimes a brick.
