Officer Duties:

Sponsorship- Kyle Roeser

·         Work with local businesses to gain extra money/deals for club members.

·         Make a brochure outlining the sponsorship details for companies which are possibilities.

·         Email and make phone calls to possible sponsors.

·         Must have sponsors within first two weeks of Fall, so t-shirts can be ordered.

·         Must collect all sponsor information, including logo for the t-shirt and uniforms.

·         Throughout year, must update the sponsors on club news and events.

·         Time required is approximately 30 min a week.

Fundraising- Summer Singletary

·         Make arrangements for fundraising events with local businesses.

·         Notify club members when fundraising events are planned and when volunteers are needed to help.

·         In charge of the letter campaign.

·         Party arrangements will also fall into this position, including arranging parties, celebrations, event BBQs, etc.

·         Time required approximately 30 min a week.

Treasurer/Secretary- Laurent St. Louis

·         Must be able to handle club money, check book, receipt book, and all sponsorship money.

·         Has to complete SCC financial training in the fall. (online)

·         Has the responsibility of ordering the T-shirts for the club. Will have to work with Graphics officer to get design.

·         Must take notes and post on list serve after every meeting.

·         Time required approximately 20 min a week.

Website/Graphics- Justin Sanak and Adrian

·         Must keep website updated with club news, schedule, meeting times, orders, trips, travel, etc.

·         Should work on graphics for club t-shirts, uniforms, and website.

·         Must have graphics for t-shirt and uniforms within first two weeks of Fall.

·         Should look to begin new website domain with club money.

·         Time required approximately 30 min a week.

SCC Liaison- Vacant

·         In charge of all travel arrangements for the club, including all paperwork, meeting with SCC President, hotel rooms, van rentals, etc.

·         Must attend SCC meetings once a month, usually at night.

·         Must be willing to get information from traveling club members when time is needed.

·         Should be willing to travel on trips if necessary.

·         Very Very important position for Club!!

·         Time required approximately 30 min a week. (more on travel weeks)

Vice President- Vacant

·         Must arrange for guest speakers for club meetings.

·         Create data base for all members of the club, including athlete bios.

·         Must make monthly newsletter for club members at meetings.

·         Responsible for all duties listed in above positions if not taken care of.

·         Works with all other officers to make important decisions.

·         Must be willing to do paperwork and other instant things.

·         Time required approximately 45 min a week.

President- Kyle Carpenter

·         Helps with all club projects, devotes time to all officer needs.

·         Deals with recruiting new members, and attends orientations, etc.

·         Makes power points for meetings.

·         Deals with meeting times for club and officers.

·         Arranges practice schedules.

·         Holds all club property.

·         Must attend monthly SCC meetings.

·         Works with officers on shirts, uniforms, website, and all other projects.

·         Must be willing to attend events and fundraising events.

·         Not good if you have a job or not a lot of time.
