The primary function of the UCD-RSA is to promote the interests of research staff within the university and in so doing, to create a working environment that encourages excellence in research and serves to attract and retain high quality researchers. The UCD-RSA was set up on August 11th 2010 and is run by researchers on a voluntary basis. It strives to represent all research staff.
