We are a student group at the University of British Columbia. Our mission is to serve the health care needs of the diverse linguistic and cultural communities in British Columbia, by educating future health care professionals about the complexities of cross-cultural care, and providing hands-on opportunities for them to practice cross-cultural competencies. Our membership is open to anyone who is interested in cross-cultural health care, including students in health care disciplines (e.g. medicine, nusring, pharmacy, OT, PT, etc.) at any educational institutions in British Columbia.
