Architecture students are expected to actively participate in sketching and drawing sessions to further develop concepts and ideas that emerge from reading assignments, and to interact with faculty and the class during site visits.

The graphic material produced in a form of a sketch-book and other supports is periodically submitted to the instructor for assessment.
