One writer told that travel is not just sightseeing. It is a constant change in the perception of living. This webpage is dedicated to my perception of how others live in latin america. Seeing how others live will hopefully make me get feedback on how I live my own life and will bring me one step closer to getting rid of my pre-judgements that are product of my own narrow view of life.

This page is to write repeat and learn about my crazy South America Trip. What I really want from any reader who is reading my pages is to feel absolutely free to criticize me and actually give me feedback. I appreciate it more than anything else. If you feel like I am lacking certain aspects of foreign life observations in my trip ( like talk more to locals, or try to walk more on the streets, or anything you can imagine and I can not) , please help me so that we will learn more together about how those people in latin america live what their hopes are and what is really to be learned from their life.

I am starting with way too much energy and enthusiasm to this trip, I hope I won´t lose my stamina quick. But at the very worst case, if I lose way too much stamina I will just spend 5 days partying to recharge, who cares!!! I will actually be learning spanish and will also improve my salsa and try spanish cuisine with all its aspects.  And drink a lot of tequila of course. =)

I will be adding pages as I advance in wild forests of amazon, jump through hanging bridges of Costa Rica, and drink tequila with my mexican friends, go down the death road and the desert of salt in bolivia and learn to Samba and Forro on the way with Brazilian folks. My trip starts on 11/16/06 and will end around 03/2007. I will add links below as long as I am alive and travelling for this part.... The way this is organized is same for each country. My Mexico contains my observations, and what I learned from Mexico (intellectual and philosophical stuff). My current location is: It is over!!!! Finally I am back in Turkey, my mother was ready with her rolling pin to hit me down after missing me so much.. I missed home too... I am proud, I did not lose stamina at all, and I enjoyed every single moment of my exploration....
