Annual Game Dinner
    Last year was our 23rd Annual Game Dinner. We were given donations of various game meat and we cooked everything to serve as a big buffet dinner for the community with raffle prizes donated from The Alaska Brewing Company and shirts and mugs promoting the UAF Student Chapter of the Wildlife Society.






Moose Browse Surveys
    We have worked with the Department of Fish and Game with their random plot study throughout the Fairbanks area to measure the size and amount of browse available for moose in the area.








Volunteering at Creamers Field
    We volunteer at Creamers Field for multiple events including the Spring Migration Celebration.









Bear Safety and Shotgun Training
    Last year we were able to take a condensed bear safety course with additional training using a 12 gauge shotgun.






Annual Conference Alaska Chapter of The Wildlife Society
    Last year we were able travel down to Anchorage for the Alaska State Chapter meeting where we were able to meet professionals in the field and hear about the current projects and recently completed research from the members and graduate students.
