Modern technology affords the client the luxury of
transferring work assignments via email, fax, CD or postal mail. All
information is secure and kept in strict confidence. Your Virtual Assistant
will complete the work and return it in your preferred manner.
New clients may be required to make a 50% deposit before work begins.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Basic Hourly Fee
The
hourly rate plan is ideal for clients who require occasional services for a
short period of time. The specific hourly rate depends on the type of service
requested as well as the complexity of the project, which can range between
$20.00 - $50.00 hourly. Prepay for a minimum of 10 hours of time and receive a
15% discount.
We are happy to work out a rate that will be satisfactory for both of us.
Retainer Package
The retainer rate
package is ideal for clients who wish to contract services for a set number of
hours per week on an ongoing basis (minimum of 5 hours per week). The retainer
provides a discounted rate in exchange for the opportunity to plan for your
regular requirements. The retainer plan will run for a minimum of 2 months.
Unused hours at the end of the retainer period are non-refundable, since the
time is allocated specifically for your projects. Retainer services are billed
in advance and due on the first of the month. You can change plans by giving a
10-day cancellation notice in writing.
Project Supplies
Project related supplies such as postage, shipping fees, courier services, printing, supplies related to a project, etc. are invoiced separately.
