- creation of a range of additional historical features in the grounds that can be used as further educational resources such as medieval style clay bread ovens
- a teachers pack including teachers notes with a range of pre and post visit lesson ideas to enhance the visit is now available attached to the bottom of this page.
The education department is part of History Matters, a social enterprise that specialises in living history displays for students to present the teaching of history as a lively and visual hands on experience.
